Jerry Hu, CPA
Partner
Jerry is a Chartered Professional Accountant and co-founding partner of Everplus CPA Ltd. With nearly a decade of experience in public practice, including time at Ernst & Young, he helps individuals and small businesses navigate tax compliance, financial reporting, and estate strategies with clarity and confidence.
A 2023 graduate of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program, Jerry brings expertise in Canadian corporate and personal tax planning, advising regularly on corporate reorganizations, integrated tax strategies, and succession planning for small businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Fluent in Mandarin, he also assists with non-residency tax reporting. Known for his thoughtful approach and professional insights, Jerry is committed to building long-term client relationships.
Outside of work, Jerry stays active through hiking and competitive sports, bringing the same energy and focus to helping clients make confident financial decisions.

Donald Do, CPA
Partner
Donald is a Chartered Professional Accountant and co-founding partner of Everplus CPA Ltd. With over eight years of experience in public and private practice, he specializes in corporate reorganizations, cross-border structuring, and integrated tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
Donald completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Program in 2023 and previously worked at MNP LLP. He focuses on designing efficient tax and ownership structures that support business growth, succession planning, and generational wealth preservation, while advising on share reorganizations, holding company and trust structures, corporate transitions, estate planning, and shareholder value optimization.
Bringing broad experience across industries including mining, healthcare, and real estate, he partners with entrepreneurs, private groups, and multi-jurisdictional corporate families, aligning tax strategy with commercial and long-term wealth objectives. Fluent in Cantonese, he serves both local and international clients.
Outside work, Donald enjoys pickleball, snowboarding, and golfing.
